The founding standard

What a regional founding shows

A region is recognized as a regional founding when it can show all four of the following.

  1. Three travel-ready players, or a realistic path to fielding that number for team-format preparation.
  2. A named regional coordinator responsible for scheduling and communication.
  3. A brief written doctrine explaining how the group intends to practice, recruit, and prepare.
  4. A commitment to follow the national conduct and reporting expectations.

Responsibilities

What founders commit to

The work is light and it is shared. A region can have several organizers, and no single person owns a region by default.

  • Publish or submit a short seasonal doctrine
  • Keep in touch with the national program
  • Uphold shared conduct expectations
  • Help players understand the captain and roster process
  • Send basic attendance, activity, or readiness updates when asked

Doctrine

Write down how your group plays

Every regional founding publishes a short doctrine. It does not need to be complex. It tells new players what to expect, and it may be featured in showcases and preparation-philosophy rivalries during the season.

PracticeHow does the group practice, and how often does it meet?
New playersHow can someone new get involved?
ConductWhat expectations exist for communication and conduct?
